Three Loops.
No Beginning, No End
One unbroken Celtic knot in hypoallergenic stainless steel, with a deep red crystal set at its heart. Worn for over a thousand years to mean love, protection and eternity. Choose gold or silver.
Why You'll Love It
A Symbol, Not Just Jewellery
The Celtic trinity knot is one unbroken line drawn in three loops — no beginning, no end. It has stood for love, protection and eternity for over a thousand years. That's a lot more to say than "it looked nice".
Made To Be Worn Daily
Hypoallergenic stainless steel — it won't tarnish, flake, or turn your skin green the way cheap plated brass does. Paired with a solid 600mm box chain that holds its shape.
Made To Be Given
Choose gold or silver — or take two and have one of each. One to keep, one to give. It's the kind of gift that says something without needing a card to explain it.
Reviews For This Necklace
Held & Given is a brand-new store, so these aren't our customers yet. Rather than show you nothing — or invent something — these are unedited reviews left by verified buyers of this exact necklace on our supplier's marketplace, copied word for word. We'll replace them with our own the moment we have them.

The Trinity Knot
Three Loops. No Beginning, No End.
The triquetra is one of the oldest symbols in Celtic art — carved into stone crosses and illuminated manuscripts more than a thousand years before anyone thought to sell it.
Three Loops
Mind, body and spirit. Past, present and future. Maiden, mother and crone. Whichever reading you carry, the three are always bound to one another.
One Unbroken Line
Trace it and you never lift the pen. It has no start and no finish — which is why it became a symbol of love and loyalty that doesn't stop.
The Red Centre
A deep red crystal cabochon set into the heart of the knot, wrapped by a crescent — the warmth held inside the bond.

Questions? Answered Straight.
Is this real silver or real gold?
No — and we're not going to pretend otherwise. It's hypoallergenic stainless steel in a silver-tone or gold-tone finish. This is fashion jewellery, and it's priced like it. A sterling silver version of this pendant runs $120 and up.
Is the red stone a real gemstone?
No. It's a polished red crystal cabochon — not a natural garnet or ruby. It looks the part, and we'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. That green mark comes from plated brass and copper reacting with your skin. Stainless steel doesn't do it, and it won't tarnish the way sterling silver does either.
How big is it?
The pendant is 30mm × 30mm — roughly 1.2 inches, about the size of a large coin. The box chain is 600mm (23.6 inches), which sits just below the collarbone on most people.
Can I wear it in the shower?
It's splash-safe, so rain and washing your hands are fine. We'd still take it off for swimming, showering and the gym — chlorine, salt water and sweat will dull any finish over time.
Does it arrive gift-wrapped?
Honestly, no. It ships in a protective pouch, not a presentation box. If it's a gift, budget for a box — we'd rather set the expectation than have it turn up and disappoint you.
Can I order one gold and one silver?
Yes. Add one of each to your cart and the two-piece saving applies automatically — that's exactly what "one to keep, one to gift" is for.
How long does delivery take?
Free tracked shipping on every order, typically around two weeks to the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
